Terms & Conditions:
- All the information required to build the website (including products) needs to be provided by the client before we start the eCommerce setup. The development work will begin only when all the information is provided in ready to use (typed text and edited images & formatted content) in soft copy format. No images will be accepted which are added in a text document. We recommend providing good quality images for a better look and user experience.
- Content writing, photo editing or resizing or downloading images or copying content from other websites is not included in the package.
- The content can be sent via google docs through google drive or word file through email. The images of all products need to be sent in folders renamed with the product name.
- Data entry of only 10 products will be done. We recommend you to send us 10 products details preferably of different categories.
- The setup time for a website is 7 days. This development time is based on the assumption that all the relevant text material, documents, images etc are provided by the customer in advance & in soft copy format.
- Training videos will be provided for add/edit products and other content.
- 30 mins/month of free development (for help needed in setup) will be provided. FREE email support is provided throughout the subscription period. No telephonic or WhatsApp support will be provided. If any telephonic or video call is required, it needs to be booked via email.
- Full payment of Rs. 14999/- is to be paid to commence the project. One can subscribe for more than one year with an additional 20% discount on the second year.
- Once the payment is done the amount is non-refundable at any cost.
